Finally, I am able to do the process of money transfer from paypal to my Public Bank - Visa Debit Card. Actually, I just got my visa debit card few days ago. At first, I thought my visa card can not be registered with paypal due to the activation of the card like what we usually did to the credit card. So, I made phone called to the customer service and a young lady answered the called. Amazingly, she knew what am I doing and she straight answered my question after she got my verification. She said I must debit some money into the debit card in order for me to use the services.
