About the last MIS meeting, our Acting CEO has urged us to play a bigger role especially in the management information system. She also said that MIS Department must provide a system to be able to facilitate them in generating the corporate performance management report instead of wasting their time to work on it by manually. This will also help them to prepare their board paper for this coming board meeting in July 2008. Hence, the management asked us to decide whether we want to develop the system by ourselves or by looking for outsource system with the timeframe that has given us as they understood the few numbers of IT-person only in the department.
