Back Pain…Ouchhh!!!

Lately, my girlfriend keep on complaining that her upper back hurts. I was worried as she told me that it hurts the most when she’s in a sitting position. That’s explain it. As I know, she spend most of the time on the computer at work, and then come home and surfing the net for another 3-4 and sometimes up to 6 hours 
Upper back pain has become a familiar complaint from people who work at computers most of the day.
I would love to give her a massage on the back to soothe the pain. However, I’m not good at it. Maybe I should register myself at one of the massage therapy schools and become a masseur Not! Well, in that case, the best thing I could do is to treat her for a massage therapy at any massage centre of her choice.

you might need to change your pillows as well, as this is also the contributing causes to back pain which first started behind the neck then spread to the back. i’ve experienced this. nevertheless, you’re such a doll to treat her at a massage centre. for this, i suggest u sri andalas
heard its good and reasonably price 
( mmm… i think lazy pc + chair would suit her in order to prevent back pain. LoL )

I’m having the same problem like your gf! My back pun sakit! The problem is, I don’t like massages.. They tend to hurt more!

PC sia lama suda nda kana on, simply because dia pandai mampus sendiri after some time.. kin panas…
( lols… pakai laptop lah tu bikin dia sakit belakang kekekekeke!!! so, dia kena pigi balik guna pc desktop LoL… urut? buli juga bah kalo minta saya urut.. kekeke )

Maybe you’re not good in massaging… But I’m sure your girl enjoys the treatment;B If you know what I mean… haaha.
