RESIGNATION
I hereby tender my resignation as (your position) effective today. In compliance to the company’s policy, I have to serve three months resignation notice. Tentatively, I am requesting that my last working day is on the (date). Meanwhile, I would like to utilise my remaining annual leaves of 30 days and also I am willing to pay the company the sum equivalent to one month salary which is to be reimbursed from my last salary pay.
I have decided that it is time to move on and have accepted an offer to work in the Retail Company. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the opportunity to work for (present company). I have learned a great deal about operational, staff management, financial report and my experience will help me a lot with my future career.
I wish you and the company continued success in all your endeavours. I hope to be able to keep in touch with you over the next year.
