preparation for upcoming tournament

I am getting pressure because the tournament is coming soon. I did not prepare well as I spent most of my weekend with Fifa Manager 2010. I think I have to change start from now. Even it is not enough time to do the preparation, at least I am willing to change and to learn as much as I can. I did not plan to win the tournament but I have planned at least to give a challenge with everyone. I got another thing need to achieve is to reduce my weight, a friend of mine from Internet has introduced me to read the 7-dfbx reviews from the website because it is very effective for those who plan to diet hehehe…Mmm… its time to change…
