I have been working for more than 5 years now. I have learnt a lot of thing and I realized that the most important in the organization is about how you become a leader or how you lead or manage your staff. This kind of experience and knowledge are needed nowadays. It is good to learn up this skill earlier of time before you started yourself as a worker or any position that you were assigned.
I like the idea of learning practical knowledge of progressive management, leadership techniques and understanding of human behavior. Why I highlighted the understanding of human behavior? Because most of the organizations are having these matters especially dealing with their staffs behaviour. In my opinion, this course which offered by The Lewis University Online Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership is very good to those who are working adult as well as for students.

I have been a manager for more than a decade, and I can honest say that there is no substitute for leadership. And you cannot lead unless you understand human behavior. Any person in a leadership role is a coach, a cheer-leader, a team-leader and the driving force in the business. You need to inspire, motivate, reward and sometimes be hard on those you lead.
