Mount Kinabalu (Gunung Kinabalu)
July 29th, 2009 | 9 Comments
It has been a dream of me to climb the mount Kinabalu. The problem is, am I fit enough to climb the Mount Kinabalu right now? A lot of thing I need to buy before I can achieve my dream. One of them is the MBT shoes. It is good to have a better shoe as you know that you have to walk with a long hours and our feet require a comfortable shoe. Besides that, we need it to prevent slippery during the journey. Anyway, is that the right shoe for climbing?

And fyi, before I climb the mount kinabalu, I dont exercised.. but all my friends (my group) does. And you know what.. Im the only one reached the top hahahahaa…but I’ve to pay the price.. 1 week stay at home.. all my body parts jammed and very difficult to stand.. hehehhee… Exercise one month before the climb not 1 week before.. hehheee
