lost weight !!!

Huh… I think I have loss about 5kg weight after two weeks overtime in setting up the new outlet Sportmart Shop. We have been working late from 9:00am to 11:00pm non-stop for two weeks! That was a fantastic experience that I ever had. Anyway, Today, I met my best friend, Mr. Junior at Suria Sabah. I was so surprised when I saw him because his size wasn’t like what I seen at few years time ago. I immediately asked what programme did he joined, and he said weight loss austin. Wow! Actually, I also know a little bit about austin weight loss programme is it doesn’t involved much on drugs. So, it is a good thing to try out if you want to have a good body shape. LoL!
