car player with USB

I was thinking to buy a new car player with built-in usb because it is very convenience and the quality of the sounds especially mp3 also very good compare to FM Modulator. Then, the old one can donate to my father. Hehehe… But, where to find? Mmm… I think I better try to search from the internet first, after that I will try to compare the price from any nearby and cheaper car auto accessories here. 

What about second hand car player? Is it worth to buy?
