Why not eating is never a good thing?

A lot of people thought that by not taking their meals will loss their weight effectively. Some of them can not control their appetite and took weight loss pills that made them not hungry. So, they loss weight because they didn’t eat. But guess what? They will lost muscle first, that’s mean their metabolism is now way slower. And one more thing, whenever they starts to eat again, fat gain is a certain thing. That is why not eating is never a good thing and they gain their weight back even MORE after “dieting”.

Let me share the best way of dieting are:-

1. correct nutrient intake.
2. Exercise(Light)
3. consume small amount of food.
4. Sugar less

    I love eating but exercise?..hhehehehe. Anyway the good way to slim down is to cut the food intake especially the unhealthy one. Dont go for drastic weight loss..is not healthy..
