What? Are you kidding me? No complain for 21 days
It is a human nature that like to complain. Are you agree with me? How long you can go without complaining? Few months ago, the pastor of a Kansas City church told the people in his congregation he wanted them to break that habit by giving them this challenge.
How to start this challenge? People who join in are issued little purple bracelets as a reminder of their pledge. If they catch themselves complaining, they’re supposed to take off the bracelet, switch it to the opposite wrist and start counting the days from scratch. LoL ! Can you do that or not? I guess I wont be able to success for this kind of challenge… sounds easy but… I couldnt stop my mouth from complaining.
If i joined this, I think I cant wait those negative thoughts to dry up. As I can predict my longest complaint-free period lasting a day only… Sweat… if I’m continuing the effort, until I become an oldman also cant make it to the 21-day mark. LoL

Complaints can be negative or positive..negative if u just want to complaints without action..positive if u make a complaints and looks for the source to solve it
kalau tak betul kena komplin la… takkan kasi biar… org yang tak pernah komplin tu bermasalah tu org… tidak cukup wayar..

komplen biar lah bertempat tetapi kalo komplen or tegur pun.. orang tu tidak ingat atau buat tidak tahu sama sahaja.. ada baik diam sahaja.. kerana perbuatannya sama sahaja kan… menjengkelkan betul
