Naza Service Centre in Kolombong
Ya, when talk about this Naza service centre, sometimes it make me sick and irritating of their services. I really dont like the way they work or all I can say that their SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) is not good enough. Why I said their SOP is not good enough? Normally, after they have fixed the car, they will ask the customer to double check and test it in front of their customer as the prove that they fixed the car already. But, Naza Service Centre was different, they just passed the key to you, and ask you to pay and you may go and take your car. They dont even bring you to check your car!!! The worst thing is, they dont even say any words to you which parts was not fixed by them. What the hell is this? I was so angry and so eager to give them courses with free of charges on how to improve their customer service!
Anyway, other services like rest room for customer is quite satisfiying. They provide especially the pop up tv, refregerator, wash room and newpaper for customers to read while waiting their car for sevices. At least, I dont feel boring inside their rest room. I only angered about the services which was not been done without telling their customer.

Wah! Kereta NAZA! Kayanya…! And still ask people belanja aje! Kedekut benar!!! Saya old wira 1.3 over 12 years liao, no money buy new car. So kesian!
I know what you mean.. I was there few months back too.. twice again.. Accompanying my friend to have the car serviced. And yes, what you’ve mentioned happened there… Newspapers & all.. toilet were there.. good thing they had a waiting room..(though its actually the office too..lol).. The Tv..I remembered..was Channel 1, Channel 2 & Channel 3. LOL… Oh..plus.. the guy at the desk… the one that assists people with the paperwork.. He’s one ‘getek’ guy Lol
U can complain bah…customer right…….
My friends also complain the same until he dont want to do car service there..but I think as a consumer we have a right to complaints for their own good-improvement
