Arrrggghhh, this is my first time to sleep more than 12 hours per day due to Flu and Fever which are killing my weekend. I hate that. When I woke up, all my body feel weak and all the joint pain as well. Luckily, I still able to cook (Take away food) for myself. LoL!!! Anyway, I feel better now after I started my favourite online games which is chess LoL! It is good to have a game that can make you enjoy until you forgot about your illness. I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t sleep last night due to high flu and cough. So, today I went to visit one of the clinic in Damai. During the visit, I saw there were many articles were stick on the wall regarding many type of diseases. After the registration, I went to read all the causes of each disease while waiting for my turn to see Doctor. While waiting, I managed to read about the colon cancer causes. It is good to get an early colon cleanser reviews in order to prevent from colon cancer. Mmm… I think I should go for colon cleanser reviews but not today. That was a boring day for us because it seems like we are waiting time to go off from office. Our boring was gone after one of our staff went to buy Mc Donalds and we had it very happily. If I feel stressed, my body will become thin. But, if I feel Happy, I am getting fat. Mmm… I wonder if all of you have this kind of feeling. I was thinking to get a modern furniture for my own house if I manage to get one… I want it to be great looking and very easy or user friendly type. I think Most of the companies having this kind of virus attack, this virus can be spreaded very fast through usb drive. This virus will change all your file folder become an virus application. So, you must becareful before openining a folder. To prevent this, you need to find a good antivirus to scan all the important documents in the office. brunei trip…

Finally, I been to Brunei by driving my own car. Five of us were going for the chess rapid and blitz tournament. We also got a life insurance policy just in case if something happen to us on the road. At first, I feel very nervous to drive to Brunei as it going to take 6-7 hours from Kota Kinabalu and this is my first time to go there. Anyway, we feel very happy after we had reached there. We still able to find the Brunei Chess Centre which is near with Stadium Hassanal Bolkiah. The best things are we were given a free accomadation with air-condition as well as washing machine.
