online Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership
October 24th, 2009 | 1 Comment
I have been working for more than 5 years now. I have learnt a lot of thing and I realized that the most important in the organization is about how you become a leader or how you lead or manage your staff. This kind of experience and knowledge are needed nowadays. It is good to learn up this skill earlier of time before you started yourself as a worker or any position that you were assigned. I like the idea of learning practical knowledge of progressive management, leadership techniques and understanding of human behavior. Why I highlighted the understanding of human behavior? Because most of the organizations are having these matters especially dealing with their staffs behaviour. In my opinion, this course which offered by The Lewis University Online Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership is very good to … Read entire article »

rules of the road…
October 14th, 2009 | Add a Comment
I think most of us does not really know the rules of the road especially those riders. I have seen a lot and they just riding like they own the road. I have experienced it many times and I almost knock them because they simply make a U-turn without signal or they like to ride at the left side of the road. It make me sick and I keep on looking around when I driving. People said “There’s always something you’ve missed”. So, as a good driver, I must remember this advise. Anyhow, motorist is protected by laws. So, as a riders, you also must know what is your right. You may refer the rules of the road from Oakland motorcycle accident lawyer as I found it very useful to know them. Lastly, “Riding isn’t dangerous. Crashing is dangerous.” … Read entire article »
