Malaysia raises fuel prices 40%
The trade and consumer affairs minister, Shahrir Abdul Samad, said the increases of fuel prices, the government would give a yearly cash rebate to small and medium sized cars to reduce their burden from the price hike. Our Malaysia still among the lowest in Southeast Asia but the government cannot afford to fund the subsidies any longer.
