During a recent visit to an optician, one of my friends was told of an exercise for the eyes by a specialist doctor that he termed as 20-20-20 .’ It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at our desks, looking at the computer screen. I Thought I’d share it with you. 20-20-20 Step I :- After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes. Step II :- Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them. My IT Experience ^_^
For the past 5 years, I have been working as a System Support for the retail (2 years) and wholesale (3 years) company. Along the years, I have acquired knowldedges in the system modules development such as Point of Sales (POS) System, Inventory System, Retail Management System, Billing System, and Account Receivable System. But, all of these systems were developed in Foxpro 2.5 and Visual Foxpro 7.0. Besides that, I have also studied and developed some of the web-based program through self-learning which were PHP + MySQL, ASP + MS Access and I am in the midst of exploring the ASP.net + MsSQL). I got this info from Yahoo news regarding the good about masturbation frequently. Here are the summary of the news: SUMMARY: Researchers find that men who masturbate frequently are at a reduced risk of cancer. Frequent masturbation may help men cut their risk of contracting prostate cancer, Australian researchers have found. It is believed that carcinogens may build up in the prostate if men do not ejaculate regularly, BBC News reported on Wednesday. The researchers surveyed more than 1,000 men who had developed prostate cancer, and 1,250 men who had not. They found that men who had ejaculated the most between the ages of 20 and 50 were the least likely to get cancer.
